Buried in White Point Cemetery: Comanche, Texas.
1930-1931, 1933-1935 Cleveland Indians; 1935 Washington Senators.
Recorded his first career win with a complete game at Fenway Park on June 30, 1930. Had a bad run of luck in 1933 in which Cleveland went 3-24 in his appearances, but went 5-1 in 1934 with a 4.06 ERA. Went from Cleveland to Washington in May 1935 where he finished up his MLB career, later becoming sheriff of Comanche County, Texas.
